Student Exchange in Africa
African Impact offers student exchange in Africa.
If you would like to spend time studying and volunteering in an
environment that precipitates learning and rich cultural and educational
experiences, then you might want to consider gaining work experience
on one of our placements.
We invite you to spend time on our teaching,
sports coaching, wildlife
conservation or medical projects
and to gain deeper insight into these fields, their management and
facilitation into projects that are making a measurable impact on
Africa and its people.
Student exchange in Africa is an exciting and challenging way to
give you invaluable experience that will benefit you immensely later
in life. The mark you leave on a corner of Africa will not only
inspire you, but make a lasting impression on the hearts' of the
people of Africa.
Stooging Work – Gap Year Teaching
Gap year teaching is often referred to as stooging
work. In Africa, both amount to much the same thing and
involve taking a year out after school to work and gain worldly
experience before you head out to study or embark on a professional
career. Your Africa stooging experience will have you coaching sports,
teaching, temping in classes and basically filling in the gaps in
a school environment.
