Welcome to Anna Burn, African Impact's New Senior Project Manager
Newsletters » September/October 2007 » Welcome to Anna Burn
Anna joined us in late September, and has spent her first few weeks getting to know Antelope Park, Victoria Falls, Hwange and the Livingstone projects. Anna will also be responsible for projects further afield, and most of her time in the future will be spent traveling between project locations to ensure that we are doing our utmost to facilitate high-quality and sustainable development work. We believe her work will help us to meet our responsibilities to the local communities, our volunteer projects and the wildlife conservation areas that they serve, to you as agents and to your project volunteers.
Anna has a BSc Honours in Outdoor Education and has vast field experience. She has worked with World Challenge and on leading travel expeditions, managing operations and training crew around the world with reputable travel organisations.
We are very excited to have Anna with us and look forward to even more professionalism and dedication from our volunteer program staff and an even more rewarding experience for your project volunteers in the future.
